This milk chocolate contains 33.6% cocoa, and has a medium bitter, chocolatey taste with a hint of vanilla. Perfect for baking! The unique 'callet' shape of the chocolate allows it to be easily melted and tempered, giving it a much better, glossy finish. The shape allows it to be melted smoothly, and can also be used as chocolate chips for baking! Suitable for Vegetarians Kosher Certified Halal Certified The exterior packaging may differ from the product image shown. Refunds
