100% OLIVE OIL. This produces small, creamy bubbles and is very mild. The majority of other soaps have added oils/chemicals to produce more foam. Ours are just olive oil with added vegetable glycerine. VEGAN. All of our products are vegan unless stated otherwise, in which case thay are at least vegetarian. NO ANIMAL TESTING. We do not, never have and never will, support or participate in animal testing. Our soaps are toxicollogically assessed for product safety using the formulation not the actual soap. NATURALLY MOISTURISING. These soaps are hand made naturally using the cold process method and enhanced with vegetable glyycerine which is a natual moisturiser. FRAGRANCE FREE. Dogs don't care what they smell like, humans do. Dogs have up to 300 million smell receptors compared with humans 5-6 million. The part of their brain dedicated to smell is proportionally bigger than humans and their sense of smell is estimated to be 10,000 to 100,000 times more powerful than humans. If chemicals and scents bother your nose, imagine what it does to theirs. No wonder they roll in the first pile of poo they get to after being washed in synthetic detergents and fragrances there just to please humans.

Delivery, Returns & Refunds

Returns

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
