Each pack contains 50g. Gluten Free Nut Free Dairy Free Suitable for Vegetarians & Vegans How do Flavour Shots work? 1. Double sieve 450g of plain icing sugar, then add your full flavour shot, stir in, until well combined, you now have a batch of flavoured icing sugar. 2. From this you can immediately make buttercream as you normally would. Top Tip: f you wish to make other recipes from this mix, to ensure the flavouring has had time to infuse, pop the whole contents into a container with a lid, every day, just give it a tumble, after a few days your full mix will be fully infused with the plain icing sugar. Do Flavour Shots work with chocolate? Yes, they do! All you need to do is mix in 10-15 grams depending on how strong you want your flavour, to 500g of chocolate. Melt 500g of chocolate in the microwave, 30 second blasts at a time, stir, continue with another 30 seconds and continue to do the same until you have completed 2-2.5 minutes depending on how strong your microwave is, do not try to melt all in one go. Once your chocolate is liquid, then stir in 10g until it's fully incorporated, taste test to see if you need to add a few grams more. Once incorporated fully, it's ready to use. Refunds
