A: You can enter the text for each of the five customisable lines during the ordering process. Please double-check your spelling and punctuation before completing your order, as the message will be created exactly as you've written it. Q: How much text can I have on the medal? A: You can personalise up to five lines. The first line (for a name) has a 15-character limit, the second has a 12-character limit, and the final three lines have a 20-character limit each. Q: Can I use all capital letters or special characters in my message? A: For the best result, please avoid using all capital letters, as the font can become difficult to read. Accents and special symbols cannot be processed, so please only use standard characters. Q: Can I change the "Officially the World's Finest" text? A: The phrase "Officially the World's Finest" is a fixed part of the design and cannot be changed or removed. Your personalised message will appear below this text. Q: Can I return this item if I change my mind? A: Because this medal is personalised just for you, it can only be returned if it is faulty. We recommend carefully checking all your spelling and grammar before placing your order. Q: What is the medal made from? A: The medal is crafted from smooth wood and comes with a ribbon attached, so it's ready to be presented or hung up straight away. Q: Does personalisation delay the delivery time? A: Creating your unique medal takes a little extra time. We recommend allowing a few extra days for delivery, especially during busy periods like Father's Day or Christmas, to ensure it arrives on time. Q: How should I care for the wooden medal? A: To keep your medal looking its best, we suggest dusting it with a soft, dry cloth. Please avoid using any cleaning solutions or water, as this could damage the wood.
