We recommend that you use Hot Tub Flush before the water is drained down, typically no longer than 12 weeks for domestic spas and hot tubs, although heavy use will require more frequent drain downs. This product is designed to clean all the pipework and fittings internally and will also loosen biofilms which can provide an ideal environment for harmful viruses and bacteria to live. Water should be drained down when your TDS has exceeded the maximum recommended for your spa when the water is considered dead. Hot tub flush is designed to clean your hot tub / spa's internal fittings and loosen biofilms to reduce the growth of harmful bacteria and viruses. Hot tub flush should be used just prior to draining out the hot tub / spa. Dose 500ml to clean 1,000l of water. Add directly into hot tub / spa skimmer baskets while the pumps are turned on to assist product distribution. 1. Remove Filer cartridge(s) and ensure you have a disinfectant level of 3-5ppm. 2.Add the required dose to the spa while the pumps and running with air controls closed to aid distribution 3.Allow to circulate for 1 hour and then drain hot tub, clean off all surfaces and refill with fresh water.

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card. The seller will effect the refund within three working days but it may take up to 30 days for Paypal to process the transfer. For payments funded partially by a card and partially by your balance/bank, the money taken from your card will go back to your card and the remainder will return to your PayPal balance.
