Carley\u2019s bestseller, and rightly so! Carley\u2019s famous Organic Preserved Lemons. Beautiful fresh Organic Sicillian lemons, chopped and brined by us in Cornwall using Soil Association approved sea salt, organic bay leaves and organic whole black peppercorns. An amazing ingredient to use in your savoury cooking. We like to add some of the chopped tender lemon rind to vegetable, chicken or fish dishes. They are delicious mixed into couscous too, and excellent in tagines. The intensely salty lemony brine is fantastic as a rub on chicken and lamb before cooking. A little of the lemon peel finely chopped works wonderfully with rice or pasta. Another recipe favourite is to make a vegetable gratin with any seasonal veg (especially brussels sprouts), garlic, chopped preserved lemon, parmesan, some pinenuts (or any other nuts you fancy), a little olive oil and some sesame seeds or breadcrumbs as a topping. mix together then bake, simple and sy

Refunds
