This is still factory sealed from new.
There are
cracks on the plastic case under the cellophane as can be seen in the photos. This
damage sometimes happens to CD cases in transit, but cases
and cheap and easy to replace if required. If the CD was not still factory
sealed, I would have replaced the jewel case before listing, but I have not as
I would have to remove the cellophane. If you want a replacement CD case,
please request one in the purchase notes (otherwise I will assume you do not
want one).

Refunds
Sellers have to offer a refund for certain items only if they are faulty, such as: Personalised items and custom-made items, Perishable items, Newspapers and magazines, Unwrapped CDs DVDs and computer software. If you used your PayPal balance or bank account to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your PayPal account balance. If you used a credit or debit card to fund the original payment, the refunded money will go back to your card.
